A little bit of history on this historic piece
Although it may seem simple, do not be fooled by the appearance of the toga. This garment is actually twenty feet long, so that’s about six meters in length. Usually made of wool, this is then intricately wrapped over a linen tunic. The toga is probably one of the most distinctive symbols of ancient Greece and Rome.
Back in ancient times, in the beginning, this garment was worn on any given day. However, after time, the toga grew in importance and significance and was only used during ceremonies and events. Also, this garment soon became a status symbol and only high ranking officials, noblemen, scholars, and rulers wore togas as a sign of their power. Not only because this is commonly white in color, the toga also symbolizes peace since warriors never wore it to battle and war.

The sides of the arms also have a bit of color as it is lined in black.
To add some shape, the whole look is tied together with a belt of the same design as the print on the bottom. And since Halloween is one of the only times when men can accessorize as much as they want to, this costume comes with two black wrist cuffs that complete the whole ensemble.
